Hotel Requirements

Chaka Khan and band are to be booked at a 5-Star Hotel. Hotels of choice are The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. Hotels of choice in the following cities are:

• CHICAGO - The Four Seasons & Ritz Carlton
• SAN FRANCISCO - The Argent
• NEW ORLEANS - The Windsor Court Hotel

Chaka Khan must have the Presidential (or equivalent) 2 bedroom suite.

The hotel must have 24-hour room service, a full gym and a business center.

 

In Chaka Khan's Suite there must be the following:

• Fresh flowers in room (Chaka Khan prefers Wildflowers)
• Fresh fruit plate that will serve approximately 4 people consisting of strawberries, pineapple & cantaloupe, blueberries, raspberries, all berries etc., red seedless grapes
• 1/2 gallons, of Cranberry, Apple & Orange Juice (no pulp)
• Fiji drinking water - 6 bottles
• Perrier sparkling mineral water - 6 bottles
• Juice Blender or Juicer
• Humidifier
• Hot Water (or Kettle) & Honey Lemons
• 1 box of Camomile tea and 1 box of Green tea
• A treadmill in the room
• CD Player and DVD player
• 2 containers of plain soy milk
• 1 box of Special K with Red Berry's cereal
• 6 Pine Scented Candles
• Brand new (not rewashed) sheets, pillows and comforter
• 2 ashtrays

 

Hotel needs to provide the Tour Manager with the Manager & Security persons name and contact numbers, who will be on duty at time of arrival(s).
